Does anyone remember - the All we need is a point chant at Bradford in the promotion game -

ALL WE NEED IS A POINT> POINT> A POINT IS ALL WE NEED

Has it ever been sung again?

Whatever happened to that bloke who ran on to tell the players (erroneously) that Palace were about six up?

He looked like he'd just done a weekend at fucking Woodstock.

I remember this like it was yesterday. I got there really early without a ticker before the police put a cordon around the ground. The touts wanted stupid money for a ticket but I waited until just after kick off and got into Bradford's end - loads of blues in there.

We were 1-0 down and the guy who got on the pitch seemed to go to every single player. I've love to know what he said. My recall is that Palace/Birmingham were 4 nil up and that meant we needed to get our act together. Anyway, it worked!

This was the first season I went watching city I was only 6 so dont really remember the politics of the management of the club obviously know about swailes
so can I ask
If city failed to go up that season was it known in the press and fanzines that machin would be sacked and if so who was favourite to take over?
I know we got Kendall 6 months later but that was in the top flight who would we have targeted if we were still in div 2 /

we had tickets for their end, standing behind the net, the police had a cordon around the ground and unfortunately I was pulled out and asked a series of questions, I blagged it perfectly telling them I was from Brighouse and a Bradford supporter and was allowed in. It kicked off big time after the game, one of my mates was bitten off a police dog

I was in there end in a little enclave in the bottom left hand corner of their stand with about 150 Blues. Managed to get over them twirly spikes on the fence to get on the pitch at the end. Great day out.
