Allan

According to tranfermarkt, Barry Hulshoff is De Ligt's agent

Raiola is not his agent but acts as a consultant in his transfer, like an agent. Basically the player is outsourcing the dirty side of the business to cash in as much as possible for Ajax & player

The whole idea that we won't deal with this agent again, or that club again, or a player that's turned us down before again doesn't sound right to me. If there's a deal to be had at the right price and the player is deemed a good fit, then we won't cut off our nose off to spite our face. We can't completely rule out working with one of the most powerful agents in football ever again, it'd be madness.

That's some creative thinking from Paris right there, which can only be grudgingly admired.

They did the same for Neymar, essentially paying him to become an ambassador for the Qatar World Cup.

Perhaps this is something City can take a leaf out of?

We could certainly propose Etihad sponsorships with various clubs of players we are after.

Quite smart of PSG, actually.
It is not smart. It is bullshit news from Italian journos that need to sell during winter market.
From France, it has never been a possibility, and even less at the quoted price.
PSG had difficulty to try and find a way to pay 75 M for de Jong (and they didn't and couldn't bid higher when Barça made their offer).
It is certainly not to pay 100 M (they don't have in FFP context) for Allan.

Also, you are again misinformed about Neymar. He has never been a Qatar World Cup ambassador. It is well documented PSG paid the 222 M in full and it is included in their books.
Only smart thing Qatar did in regards of Neymar is making him QNB global ambassador in the past months. This is a way to give him a raise without actually going through PSG.
