Am I Alone?

No mate not at all, I was there for the first month or so of the season and I'll be there for the last month of the season. In between I've seen every game live on tv sometimes at 3am but believe me its not the same.
My first game was in 1957 and I still get that same excitement today, maybe I'm weird also!
Great to hear. I can’t wait for the next game. Just love watching City. Absolutely fucking love it.

Good to hear, cos reading this board you’d think we’re a dying breed.
Completely agree.......not saying everything City do is 100% correct......however some people just love to moan.
Compare us now to the last year under Pearce.....broke, crap, boring football, close to extinction......then they would have something to moan about !
We have without doubt the best owners in the world !

I think you will be in the minority mate, not that that's a bad thing. I just think a combination of pricing, showsec, cringfest of city square and many other factors make people feel it more of a chore going to home games.

Put it this way we won't sell as many season tickets next year.

It costs me £600 quid for my season brief. 31 quid a match. Paid by interest free installment. I’ve never set foot within, near or around City Square. I don’t need to, nor does anyone else. I go to the pub before the game, have a pint or two at the game, shout myself daft for 90+ mins, cheer the lads on and off the pitch, walk back into town after the game, have a few more pints, then 12 mins on train home. It’s easy to criticise the club for the usual shite that’s spouted on here these days: corporate, can’t get to, can’t get from ground etc, etc. Actually, it’s still what it always was: FUCKING BRILLIANT.

Love going to the game , anyone who thinks it's a chore can go and watch in a pub just like all the rags . In fact become a RAG moaning fuckers

Move over to a Bluemoaners thread this is a positive thread for the true blues.

Great thread, well done. Love going, meeting my son, everything about it! Well, perhaps not getting away after the game.
Yes I do stay till the end
