I must be quite slow cause i had absolutely no idea. Obviously can't go into too much detail incase anyone hasn't got this far yet and don't want to ruin it for them but i never expected the flies to be coming from where they were.
Like someone previously said though, i'm now starting to think all of them are infact dead and as the show has been doing so far, you'll eventually learn everyones fate episode by episode.

I don't think they are all dead, because the dead people can only get so far outside the house and they have to return.
