How many clubs nowadays sack a manager and then dont have anyone to replace him with? You end up putting some journeymen in charge of the team for a few weeks until we can find a new full time manager. We offered it to Mancini once the board had decided MH was going (after Spurs) nothing wrong with that IMO.
