Weirdly I imagine that H & S would preclude that option in case you have to exit fast in an emergency.Surely the solution, in this H&S age, is stop the doors opening until the blades have fully stopped moving.
That being said, you don’t hear of many of this type of accident.
The reason you don't see many of these accidents is what has got me into trouble here so i will leave it to others to draw conclusions.
