There is absolutely no way the club will be briefing anyone on how much we have to spend, they do not want their negotiating potion compromised. The same goes for other clubs as well. The journos when they do have some kind of source as opposed to just making it up, will be basing it on the stories they hear about the players we are after from the agents.
