Right, don’t worry we’ll be fine. Unless you think those that created everything up until now have been abducted and replaced by idiots. I don’t and I’m looking forward to the next stage. As for this season relax it will be what it is, it happens.
I think Pep with his separation, Txixi retiring and the charges against the club has very possibly contributed to whats gone on up to this point. Maybe they can turn it around…!! Maybe not!!

That came because of many good decisions in the preceding years… been a very different story since summer 2023 and is costing us big time now, for all to see
Yes 5th in the pl and still a chance to make it into the cl playoffs despite our bad form, its a damn travesty i tell you

Apart from winning the league and an FA Cup Final.

The latter we messed up. How many teams have had the chance to mess up a cup final after winning the league? Or for a better perspective, mess up an FA Cup Final. Or an even better perspective, any cup final?

You’re right we’ve got a lot wrong but everyone does. We’ve got things wrong before since we’ve been successful. What’s been the result?
You’re missing the point. Its coming home to roost right now. Writing was on the wall back end of 2023 season. Now its here for all to see…

We probably got 90% of the key decisions right over the previous 5/6 years in the run up to the treble. And that level would never continue for ever for sure. But what have we got right since? Not a lot imo

Extending the contract of one of the best mgrs ever, tying down a global superstar 4 the rest of his career, just cos we havent got any shiny new toys and lost a balon d'or winner for a whole season unexpectedly, not to mention a great attacking talent in bobb, we have had some tough things to take this year and look a bit off the pace but to suggest that the club is badly run after what this team has done compared to what went before is quite frankly ungrateful.

I remain somewhat perplexed at the negativity towards the strategic management of the club.
We are the current champions of England.

This season, we have lost Rodri, Stones, Akanji, Ake, Walker, Dias, Bobb, Grealish, Doku, DeBruyne, and Foden to injury and illness, we have two huge court cases to win, and the manager has separated from his wife.

We have been the best managed and run team in the country for a decade. Surely, against this backdrop, a little patience has been earned.

This to the power of a thousand.

You answered your own question part way through. And as much as I don’t like to praise them, look at who’s top and where they were two years ago, with a similar problem.

We have a far stronger platform to build from than almost anyone in Europe and a track record of recovery, learning and delivery. If we keep repeating mistakes, no one is immune to criticism. We all have our moments but this is hardly post match posturing. Until we make repeated mistakes, the 14,000 doom mongering posts in half a hour come across as entitled

I dont see it and it's not an immediate priority. Maybe in the summer. No one is paying 70m for him though.

Not for the wet wipes on here it isn't.

They can't deal with any adversity or an off season.

We don’t need any of this sense nonsense on here.

Oldius out.

Totally agree with this. The CM midfielder situation is a mess for which the club is worth of criticism, but criticism of the overarching strategy is bizarre.

Remember how we used to mock Rags who would have a meltdown if they suffered any setbacks in the nineties and noughties?

It pains me to say it but today’s City fans are MUCH worse.

Starts at the top. Soriano and Khaldoon are why City fans are worse/cant deal with an off season in your opinion.

You can't have the two guys at the top say 5 in a row like Khaldoon said or they expect to win a trophy every season as Soriano said and not expect some city fans to hold them to that standard.
We have a new fan base that knows nothing but winning,
