I have been joking for a few weeks about how Lescott should undergo a reverse Anger Management course to get some more aggression into his game.........Not after last night.

He was dominant, aggressive and cool under pressure.

Maybe he has been watching how Vincent Kompany gets stuck in.

Kompany will be the other half of the centre half pairing when Toure goes off the African cup of nations.

Just got to sort Ned out with the same course now.

I thought Lescott was MOTM lastnight, he was outstanding!

Dont forget Lescott is not worth £24million, hardly anyone is (i reckon only 5 players in the world are worth over £30mill!), none of the players we've bought are worth what we paid for them! We went about our transfer dealings for Kaka and Terry too loudly, too brashly, with too much money in the offers and overall we went in too early since we were only a 10th-place/mid-table club and have been nothing more than a struggling yo-yo club for 30 years (with the odd periods of stability)! We were raped out of millions because of the way we came out and said "WE ARE MANCHSTER CITY AND WE ARE TH RICHEST CLUB IN THE WORLD WE'LL PAY ANYTHING FOR ANYONE!"

Anyway my point is that everyone, us City fans, the media, everyone, saw how much we paid for Lescott an saw we went for Terry, then expected Lescott to be this awesome, world-beating defender! plus with all the shit he got from Everton (Moyes treated him like a right **** "you're not for sale!", "you're not for sale!", "how dare you say you want to leave my team, you're dropped!", "dont bother coming to training, you're not welcome!"........"why did it take Manchester City so long to stump up the cash for Lescott?" - what a twat!) and all the shit he got from their fans n'all!

Imagine all that pressure on your shoulders! Then imagine coming to the CoMS and getting shit off City fans as well! I was at one game where some guy about 8 rows behind me shouted to Toure "oh not Lescott, dont pass the ball to that prick........YOU'RE SHIT LESCOTT!" Thats the God's honest that n'all!

It takes time to settle! I, myself, started in a new job in September and am only now starting to feel like im part of the team and in the swing with what im doing! Its no different in football!

Good luck to Jolean!
