Indeed,while all the time having the huge pressure of a debut against one of the countries best teams.Had his bottle gone it could have been a massacre that would have damaged his confidence enormously.

Huge credit to the kid.Its just a shame the timing was wrong here.

Obviously always going to be difficult for a keeper as they can only fill one position (unless you are Margetson or David James and get to play up front too ;)
Was watching Kasper in nets for Leicester the other day and how both he and Hart were at the club at the same time / same age(ish) and how their careers have panned out..... Joe seemed destined for 100 caps plus while Kasper dropped down a league or two (were Leeds in the 3rd division when he joined them?) yet in the long run Kasper will end up on top.
Hennessey at Palace is a former City youth team keeper.... any more?
