I only recall arguing that “gammon” wasn’t a racist term, and I still stand by that.Did you when people objected to being called gammon?
I seem to recall you argued it wasn't offensive in your eyes.

But people took offense to it.I only recall arguing that “gammon” wasn’t a racist term, and I still stand by that.
Yes, of course. I doubt anyone else would actually do it, mind you.
Wondered if you'd show up. Like clockwork.I’d leave it, Ric. He can’t debate, takes everything personally, attacks every poster that he doesn’t agree with whilst being offended by everything.
Then posts a meme/gif as a follow up.
It’s not offensive. No one has taken offence to it (unlike “gammon”). It’s just deeply sad that a grown man would even use that term. But people took offense to it.
How exactly is ok boomer offensive?
Why is that exactly? It’s not offensive. No one has taken offence to it (unlike “gammon”). It’s just deeply sad that a grown man would even use that term.
Because it’s the language of young teenagers*.Why is that exactly?
It was a term created by the Millennial generation and copied by Gen Zer's because it struck a chord with them.Because it’s the language of young teenagers*.
* if you are actually 13/14 then obviously I take that back.
Wondered if you'd show up. Like clockwork.
You should start a thread about me, you mention me often enough.
Ok boomerMentioned you twice in months. At some point, the piney will drop and Groton Tub won’t come back.
Until then, you’ll post shit about EFTA and the eutopia you wanted, but won’t get as pretty much everyone else in Britain doesn’t share your view, whilst defending how you voted by hiding behind this point.
There’s no easy way for the U.K. to negotiate their path now, especially with a pandemic.
Any trade deals will be at best the same as we had before, but “opening the U.K. up to the world” isn’t as good as it sounds as any trade deals we do with countries that already have trade deals with the EU have clauses that mean the any deal we do cannot be better than the one they have with the EU.
Given that truth, what hope do we have in improving our economy? What things do we export that are going to make us more attractive than a single deal with 27 EU countries?
How is sterling going to hold it’s value when we lose most of our export market under WTO?
All we have is services and they can move gradually into the common market.
Then what do we have to offer?
Ok mate.It was a term created by the Millennial generation and copied by Gen Zer's because it struck a chord with them.
I'm of the Millennial generation, so... it's perfectly in keeping with my generations language.
Ok boomer
You're arguing an argument that's been had.
And the question I posted to you? About the moral high ground comment, or are you just going to ignore that?Ok mate.
You edited your post whilst I was replying. Or are you going to deny that? And the question I posted to you? About the moral high ground comment, or are you just going to ignore that?
You don't debate. You're not civil (at least not with me). You've had some chip on your shoulder for years, piping up occassionally to give "insight" to others about what kind of poster I am.Shut down another debate.
Standard
I edited it, mere seconds after I hit enter. You edited your post whilst I was replying. Or are you going to deny that?

You told me to ignore you, I did, yet you can;t help but talk about me whenever i'm in a discussion with someone else?
"Shut down debate"? Why would I even want to engage with a person like that?
I don't understand the idea of telling me to ignore you, yet getting involved in discussions that haven't referenced you.No answer, play the man. Ignored me, yet replied.
Where does the U.K. get their money from when services naturally migrate to the EU?
What is our world leading export that we can fallback on when major corps migrate away?
I don't understand the idea of telling me to ignore you, yet getting involved in discussions that haven't referenced you.
Don't know.
Don't know.
Have to see won't we.But it’s worth the risk, hey?
We’re free. But at what cost?
