I will see your French farmer and raise you an Irish one...

The UK will have the option to replace the CAP with whatever equivalent the UK likes for its farmers - and the EU will...…?
What do you mean "will have the option"? That sounds like you haven't a clue what the "equivalent" is in the Agriculture Bill.

Who cares about that? From the beginning, I’ve only tried to base my thoughts on how the people struggling would cope..
Yeah... sure.

By insulting them the whole time, calling them racists, stupid and uninformed. Other that you just lurve you some WC's!

I can go to City, technically, and whenever a spare ticket pops up I accept, but would sooner spend my money elsewhere as accessibilty to City matches are much easier as I cannot justify the price of a ticket when other things need paying for. I trust you're not as condemning to other Blues who don't go to games (oh no, you're not a "Bigger Blue" are you?)

Been all around the UK, but never left these shores, no. Travelling abroad doesn't really interest me like it does others. Quite happy going camping in the peak district in all honesty.

My argument on leaving the EU was based on news articles, information about what the EU was intending, statements made by MEP's, various actions by the EU towards it's members, and a growing dissatisfaction with membership that steadily grew into resentment at the authoritarian attitudes of the Euro Parliament.

Spend your money how you want, it’s just weird you bothered signing up to a football forum if it doesn’t register highly in your life’s politics.

Not going abroad is your choice, but one that you have voted to make harder for the people than do.

Whatever your view on the federalisation of the EU, the vote to leave it has made our country’s financial position much weaker for the foreseeable future.

I can only hope that we find a corner of the market that we can master moving forwards. Without that and the inevitable movement of services away from London, our future looks bleak.

Try and take a trip outside Manchester and open your eyes.
I'll try and assume you're misunderstanding and not wumming. "If there's any agriculture left" means not now but after we've abolished subsidies for growing food and allowed in lower standard imports.

Ok. I've tried. I think you were wumming.

I’ve not called anyone racist. I’ve not called you stupid nor uninformed.

I might love some WCs, but not knowing what they are, I’ll guess at 1966 being the one I loved the most, despite not being born.

It was weird me signing up to a City football forum, when I was young City fan, way back in 2009, to be amongst other City fans to talk about City, 6 years before any of the Brexit shit started?

I wasn't aware Bluemoon was a "match attenders ONLY" forum.

It isn’t. It generally has members that have a love of City though. You’d rather spend your extra pennies elsewhere though. To each their own.

Yeah I never post about CIty, that's an observation.

Mainly as I'm not as connected to the Blues, I can't really afford to go to matches and when they do play i'm usually working so it's BBC Manchester for me. I don't have much City related insight to bore people with, put that down to my anxiety I guess; I hate to sound like I have insight on City when in reality I know only what I discover on the MCFC website and from more informed contributors on here, although I do remember contributing to the parade threads and posting memes there, way back when.

The whole brexit debate kind of took up a lot of my time on here, admittedly, not by choice, but by the number of people on here wanting to tell me I was wrong. But at least I know i'm not considered a significant contributor on here. But to my credit i'm one of the more positive folks on the match day threads. I must be given some kudos for that at least.
Thanks for the reply, and fair play for admitting that your connection to the club isn’t quite the same as others. That’s fine. Politics, and specifically Brexit, seem to be your passion. Each to their own, and all that.

Bull.

Fucking.

Shit.

"Working Classes", like me. Half the time you keep going on about Gorton Tub. I have no idea what you're on about, but it must mean something to you.

Which I do, did when I joined up, was for several years before Bluemoon became so political, and it was only AFTER the brexit result that remainers on here kept venting their anger at leave voters and I decided to stick up for the decision we made, and here we are.

Had you ever taken any interest in my postings before Brexit? So how the fuck would you know what I like to talk about on Bluemoon with others, hmm? You knew about me except when you had a tizzy with me years ago and have had a chip on your shpulder ever since.

Long time to be holding a grudge.

No idea if you posted anything before this thread.

It’s clear that your vote was a personal one. You don’t give a shit about anyone but yourself. You want a devolved Gorton.

What a vote to leave the EU has done is destabilise the U.K. economy. To what extent is up for debate and will be seen.

You only care about you.

There are 66 million others.

"Fair play"? Are you kidding me? It is the same, I adore City, have done since the days of Uwe and Georgi. I just don't have a wealth of match going experience to draw on to compare with others.

But i'm not as privileged as some to have a season ticket, or people to take me to matches when I was kid. Politics are not my passion. Defending my decision has become a weekly occurance because there are some who simply won't accept it. That's pretty low of you to assume that because I post in a particular forum that means that's all I care about/focus most on and that I don't care about Manchester City as much as anyone else. I joined several years before all the political shit. Seriously is this just the "match attendees" forum? I've been 8 times, and only to CoMS/Etihad. Guessing I don't get a TC badge.

Mostly I read the threads on City on Bluemoon; I just don't post much on threads about certain players, away days, CL games etc.

But sure, cast me aside as a part-time Blue or something, just because other things dominate my personal life and I don't have the confidence to debate City related topics without sounding out of my depths, but each to their own, and all that.

I don't even live in Gorton, so what are you getting at?

And now who's the one getting personal... actually I never did, it's always been you and your Gorton fetish.

Just swipe left.

Never had to swipe left or right, I did the whole chatting with women and got married.

Ok boomer.

(see, that's how it works)

That's how people do it now.
