No you’re deflecting as you do on every topic.

Simple question as you like simple things-

Does the UK offer the same immigration and freedom rights to Scottish, Northern Irish and Welsh people, to people from Kenya?

A yes or no answer will do.
I will keep ignoring your deflections until I see a yes or no answer to the clear question that I asked

Afterwards I will be happy to discuss other points - I think that is quite reasonable and fair

Fucking lol.

I know you can stretch to exaggerating/inventing your occupation but this is brilliant.
Ah - talking about modus operandi - I can see where this goes......

You have lost on a simple question - and you can never accept that

Your deflections, that usually work, have been resisted - and this always frustrates you

So you look to provoke arguments and make other posters get personal - you start here with your oft-repeated tactic of suggesting that I am a liar

You hope to get the other poster into trouble with mods - by provoking them to make them argumentative

Crack on by yourself

Desperate stuff.

Resorting to semantics about the absolute definition of a word rather than the obvious connotations that you are making.

Why would I answer yes or no to a stupid irrelevant question that is clearly a straw man.

It's absolutely obvious what the answer is and it is a perfectly normal position for any regional multi-nation bloc to hold.
Ok - no need for me to add your name to the list of those that have been unable to face the truth of their position - you were first on it

Crack on

I mean this genuinely!!!!

Really well said - that is clear and honest.

I just wish others were equally as clear and honest and did not try and hide the fact that they simply want the outcome of the referendum to be ignored
Er, thanks.

From my POV; It's not ignoring it. It's saying that what we've been presented with since the vote is shit, it will always be shit and it therefore should be stopped in its tracks.

Fuck endless extensions, fuck endless transition, fuck endless uncertainty... STOP BREXIT!

@Ban-jani and @mcfc1632

Are you two married, because you bicker like an unhappily married couple.
Actually, he has a rival - there is another who just cannot seem to get enough of me;-)

But you will see from my recent posts - I have moved on having (IMO) established that a straight answer will not be forthcoming.

It was neither a surprise or disappointment.

Actually Rascal, could I ask you the same question I have been asking:

"Does a citizen of a non-EU nation enjoy the same opportunity to move to the UK as an EU citizen? or is there a level to which EU citizen is recognised and a distinction/differentiation is made?"

This is not a question of whether FOM is a good or bad thing - I can envisage all sorts of positives for FOM and certainly I would not be unhappy if it were to remain as an arrangement with the EU after the UK as left the EU.

In fact I would like to discuss the benefits of FOM - I am just first seeking to establish a fact.

Answer the question:

Remember yes or no

After you have answered it we can debate the implications of the policy

Anyway - I though you were ignoring me/the question - why are you so drawn to me?

Yes .... If you're from the Commonwealth Under the Commonwealth Immigrants Act 1968, a person can live and work in the UK if they, or at least one of their parents or grandparents, had been born, adopted, registered or naturalised in the UK.

and don't forget a person from the Commonwealth doesn't have to have a job offer in writing and can't be sent home if unemployed for three months or more.

As I said - I genuinely respect such a clear and honest POV

"Remember yes or no - I will consider any other answer to just be more deflection"

I will add your name to those that have been unable to face the truth of their position - crack on

I’ve answered that question and it’s a disingenuous one at that

I thought you weren’t about winning or losing?

I’ve already answered yes but have also highlighted why a union doing what the EU does is normal.

You’re ignoring that and are choosing to label every nation and bloc on earth as discriminatory.

Love it - at least you demonstrated creativity in your evasion which I can respect

But I think that you know the point was more:

"Does a citizen of all non-EU nations enjoy the same opportunity to move to the UK as an EU citizen? or is there a level to which EU citizen is recognised and a distinction/differentiation is made?

They need to engage in a cathartic hate-fuck, just like me and you did. Clears the air.
TBF - I have tried to get my admirers to take it to PM but they have refused;-)

Anyway - I am leaving the subject as a) it is going nowhere and will just clog the thread and b) I think the point/answer is obvious to everyone.

No they don’t. I answered the question the first time you stupidly decided to post it.

That’s how unions and trading blocs operate.

Raab accusing the EU of political postering.

This coming from a man who’s first meeting with Barnier, as Brexit Secretary, was to threaten no deal and threaten to tell the world’s press it was the EU’s fault, only to have his bluff called and him back down.

.

No, there is a bias that is inherent towards FOM from EU countries, that is a simple fact. I would argue this is our Governments fault as they have made immigration into the UK from non-EU countries very difficult thanks to the perceived issues with FOM.

Its called counting, I don't believe there was ever a need to count EU citizens as immigrants at all, because of FOM, the Government could have introduced rules for EU citizens if it wished but never did and focused on other areas in order to meet May's ridiculously arbitrary targets. Figures could have been changed quite simply by removing students from immigration figures but they refused to do that. That immigration became a real issue was a self fulfilling prophecy, it need not have happened but did and when you have groups like Migration Watch influencing the media it was to be expected and fears were ramped up way above reality in my opinion.

There is also a failure in the UK to make a distinction between immigration and asylum seeking. Of course through our obligations to the UN we should accept asylum seekers and they should be classed accordingly, which is they are not immigrants.

I personally could not give two fucks where anybody is from and the truth of the matter is we need immigration due to the changing demographics of the UK, our country is growing older and our birth rates are declining, if that carries on population will decline, people will have to work longer in life and there will be no fucker paying the tax needed to fund our pensions. But hey ho, if immigration is stopped at the least the people left will know the words to the national anthem and support England in the cricket :))

Top draw as usual.
