As if the ERG weren't right wing enough now jumping in bed with a real neo fascist.
I can see you've got a lot of people to correct this evening, but if you have the time, any chance you could explain to me why blaming the tory party for brexit not happening, considering they've been in government so that makes sense to me, is 1) daft 2) myopic. That is you opinion and I respect you right to hold it

From what I've read and heard the EU are not for compromises. They want, like UEFA do to City, to nail us down to the floorboards and we have to pay for the hammer and nails! We should have told the Poles in 1939 and the French in 1940 that they should compromise with the German Chancellor, and stand back and see what their reaction was!
Oh I do...………….Maybe you don't read much on here mate but most remainers would compromise on a soft brexit at least
You will be happy we are leaving a club that includes neo fascists as you put it then?
What our government should have faced up to after the vote was that in order to meet the requirement of leaving the EU while keeping the same regulatory and customs regime right across the UK and not upsetting the situation on the island of Ireland, the only outcome that meets all three objectives was to stay in the single market and the customs union. The government never faced up to that reality hence the shit situation we are now in. Parliament has just been doing its job. The fault lies squarely with the government for not facing up to reality, and for drawing red lines that were totally at odds with what was achievable without breaching international treaties.Much of the shit has accumulated over the last three years and tons and tons of it has emanated from Westminster. Had they got on sorting the job out the day after the vote we would only be up to our knees in faeces instead of our armpits!
TBF - at the moment anything that gets a clean Brexit done is fine by me
Tell me - why are you not appalled about and condemning the colluding of the Remainers with the EU - inconvenient?
You have a weird memory - that was not the way the threads read at the timeWrong again. A lot of us thought, and said on here, that a Norway style Brexit would be acceptable to both camps. Then May went hard right to chase the Brexit vote and here we are three years later. Shame no leading Leave figure had the balls or the wit to run with a compromise narrative after the referendum. In fact all I heard was ‘you lost suck it up’ and arguments why the 48% should be ignored. That turned out well.
Then get tablets - and/or a moral compass;-)Sorry I can't help it I'm an EU sycophant
In real life, that could be one too many.Go on, have a guess. I’ll give you two tries.
And those neo fascists are in the club simply because of the expansionist and federalist aims of the EU's ideological architectsYou will be happy we are leaving a club that includes neo fascists as you put it then?
The fault lies mainly with the Remainers that have served the EU through their intentional undermining of the UK's negotiations - they are found in all parties across the political spectrumI can see you've got a lot of people to correct this evening, but if you have the time, any chance you could explain to me why blaming the tory party for brexit not happening, considering they've been in government so that makes sense to me, is 1) daft 2) myopic.

So it is daft and myopic to see this as purely a Tory probalem
Maybe - just maybe, the EU have a deal of blame to be apportioned to them...…..?
They have brought forwards their strategies that confirm the federalist future of the EU and they have brought forward treaties to confirm the outcome will be secured for them
They have - with utter arrogance and contempt - dealt with any questioning countries - especially the UK - in a wholly condescending manner
In summary - they are the party majorly at fault if this does end up in no-deal
Fuck 'em is my view
