Everybody can see what they're up to.

The Lisbon Treaty was widely available for people to debate, analyse months in advance of any Parliamentary debate on the subject. This Bill was published at 8.00 pm last night. And it is getting less debating time than a Treaty already in the public domain.

But I only sought to correct your misleading statement that this deal is an end to Brexit.
We could for instance be having the deal/no deal argument as early as January next year in the run up to June 2020 the first crunch point in the transition phase when we have to decide whether to extend the transition phase. *
