you may be surprised to see there are a number of Labour MPs who intend to vote for the deal this evening... maybe because they are not prepared to prolong the agony for their constituents who voted out
What about the constituents of Tory Mp's with big Majoritys of remainers, some had over 70% of the vote
How do you feel about them?

The Lisbon Treaty was widely available for people to debate, analyse months in advance of any Parliamentary debate on the subject. This Bill was published at 8.00 pm last night. And it is getting less debating time than a Treaty already in the public domain.

Jog on.
It is a little rich to argue that they can't find the time to debate this... it is standard practice in business to work to deadlines... if you can't hit the deadline working normal hours then it's not rocket science.. you put another shift in...

They get a bloody good wage and therefore a little overtime is not going to kill them is it

It's a 115 page document that was published last night. That doesn't leave much time to read and digest it fully, nevermind have a constructive debate.

I think they should side with their constituents but as another poster said when correcting me, they are elected into office then they have a duty to vote based on moral / ethical beliefs (or words to that effect)

Corbyn would take great delight in systematically dismantling our military and our nuclear deterrent

As an ex-forces veteran I find it totally disgusting that this individual has steadfastly undermined our military and even been so bold as to rejoice at the demise of SF personnel at the hands of PIRA... He called Martin McGuinness a "Great Man" FFS... he might have said this because of his role in peace negotiations but this **** murdered people in the name of religion... that's indefensible

These are some of the reasons that I told @Rascal that I wouldn't piss on the man (Corbyn) if he was on fire...
Didn't Liz shake hands with McGuinness?

really.... they are reviewing the amendments to the May deal that was well understood. As I said earlier they have enough experts in their individual teams to get this done... I agree that they are being challenged here but no more than anybody else in business...

If they are in doubt then they can oppose the deal... not ideal because given time they might choose to go with it.. but it's an option

I've only just put the news on so i've not watched today but on sky they are talking about him withdrawing the deal and forcing an election if they don't back his deal or something like that?
So basically (with respect) you don't know that Boris has made any threats at all :-)

He is quite within his rights (IMHO) if there are a plethora of formal requests to change the deal and make it totally unrecongnisable to withdraw it... We need to see what happens in the vote before we can make any judgements

At least 3 times.
Did she join his fan club though? She shook his hand when he was an elected politician because it was expected... the organisation he represented blew one of her relations to bits FFS so I'd have wiped my arse with the glove first

There's a world of difference carrying out your duty as monarch than having a plaque for the hunger strikers on your wall or rejoicing when British troops are fucking murdered....

How do you expect them to read the document, digest, raise any objections and vote on it in 24hrs? it's not like it's a massive complicated decision,no-one is going to trust boris after all his antics,it's got to be read and debated and water tight so he can't change anything later on
