Head down dibbles like Huckerby...... would slice the odd banger of a goal and would whip in the odd cross too. Really liked the guy, very unique talent.

I didn't think he was too bad to be honest.

Right player at the wrong time, yet strangely my biggest memory is the FA Cup tie at Old Trafford when we lost 4-2 and he missed 2-3 good chances towards the end

At one point when he was rumoured to be on his way to whatever team was then managed by Steve Bruce, someone wrote a brilliant parody of 'The Lord's Prayer', which included the line, 'Give Bruce this day thy shiny head'.
