I'm in Greece (lesbos... Snigger) on the 2nd Aug when we play olympiacos in the friendly. Any blues living in Greece no the likely hood of this being on the telly?

We have been to Skala Errossos three times ..... it's to Lesbians, what Mykonos is to Gay men, but always been welcome there as a straight couple .... many of them ladies love footie, and they show our games there in a couple of the bars in the town 'square' .... (We were there when Greece won the Euros .... bedlam.

We go to a different place in Greece each year. Last year Hanioti. Really looking forward to anaxos. Looks very quiet, right up our street.
I notice the game is on sky sports 2. Is it likely to be in anywhere there? Or maybe Petra looks a bigger town?

I'm half Greek - and from Lesbos initially so I visit family there a lot. They all live in a village called Filia near Kalloni.
If you get the chance, given you're just round the corner, make sure you go to Gavathas beach... got voted as the nicest beach in Greece for a decade running or something and has a tank you can go in facing turkey on a big volcanic cliff behind a little chapel! - Very strange. But you can walk about a mile into the sea without the water going above waist height.
There is a little shopping town called Molyvos near you as well where there are numerous bars that will have the Olympiakos games.
Like a poster above said Skala Eresos is the place to be if you're a lesbian, or into water sports, but it's very deep there so if you aren't a good swimmer, like myself, it may not be your cup of tea!

Loukas is spot on re Gavathas beach .... lovely.
Loved Molyvos too ..... and the drive from there right along the coast to a gorgeous tiny fishing village called Sikemenias ..... great fish tavernas.

My wife and I are in Lesbos 26th July. All my day time t shirts are fa cup winners 2011,champions 2012,league cup winners 2014 etc. Always have a good selection of City based T,s 4 my hold. And still like the nod from a fello we blue abroad. Yamas!

I've been to Greece a lot and even friendlies, especially those involving Olympiakos, often get screened on TV. On one visit they even showed one between Olympaikos and Shakhtar Donetsk which was held as part of the deal that took Nery Castillo from Greece to Ukraine. If the City v Olympiakos game is on it will kick off at 10 pm Greek time.
