With the chances that we're looking to move on a few of the players in the squad who are English (Lescott, Sinclair, Barry?) and everyone we're being linked with signings wise are foreign, it'd make sense to have 3 English keepers to make it easier to meet the homegrown rule.

It really is a difficult situation.

Someone like McCarthy needs to play games and even if we rotated goalkeepers more than Mancini it still wouldn't help that much.

We need to be looking at an older player than a young lad imo.
