I'm a plumber,fully certified,grade 1 gas fitter as well.
My rates are £2.50 per hour.
No call out charge either.

Would gladly help but I feel it's only fair at this stage that you know my work partner is a rag, on the plus side at least he goes and was actually born in Manchester (albeit of Greek origin), maybe you're interested still because of the novelty factor here though ?
