i'm thinking of getting one for next season, i'm in the 16-17 category, but i am still in two minds due to the following reasons.

i dont know how many times i'd use it a season
i dont know who i'd go with as there is basically no one i know in scotland who is a city fan
and the cost of getting down to manchester

could any blues give me help regarding this

You will get down for £30-50 return by train booking early, beware of changes for tv though.
5.30 kick offs are a b&b job,so are early Sundays and midweek evenings.
Try a city card first is my advice as i cannot see them being the £250 seasons being available.

yeh i think its 30 if i just say i'm under 16. i'm just wondering if it would be worth it. i mean, i would try and get down to the majority of the games. i need to find someone to go with haha

We will be renewing again for sure. Found a new way to travel this year which means we've been to all the weekend home games plus the LC semi in the week at an all in average travel cost for both of us less than £45 per game.
This figure includes train prices for anytime day returns - purchased the night before travel.
Drive to Carlisle 1hr 40, 20 mins for changeover, train to Piccadilly 2hrs, arrive - still reasonably fresh - 4 hours later in time for a leisurely pint at the Bulls Head. Assuming a 3pm kick off, we would normally be back home between 9:30 and 10:30pm, in time for MOD.
The above works for all Sat or Sun games except Sat 5:30pm kick offs. The train cost for us is helped by the Family and Friends Railcard and we can take an additional 2 friends of any age so long as the lad is with us. N.B. Have managed to pass on our s/cards for 2 or 3 of the night games as well which has been a bonus. This season we will have been to 12 weekend home games at an average ticket cost for both of us of about £40 per game.
The above formula works for us and has also led to us meeting a fair few Blues on the way.
Always glad to meet other Blues so PM me if you want any more details/tips re rail tickets at best prices or to catch a lift/train. Would need to be on a game by game basis though as still have relatives and friends in Manchester and sometimes will drive and stay over.
