7 weeks I've been waiting to be connected by bt 4 appointments later up to this afternoon and still no phone or broadband with excuses ranging from I haven't the right equipment to it needs a specialist to we have run out of time the one today said I have never come across a problem like this and said ill be back to see if I can just get your broadband on that was several hours ago, utter tosspots
