I've sat the tests recently (currently a conductor). The online tests are just common sense so nothing to really worry about but if you do get to interview stage you'll have to sit lots more difficult ones. There is a website called How To Become A Train Driver or similar, just google it. By the way they have at least 500 applicants for every single vacancy so it's hard getting in!
