I'm not proud of it but have been a user for years. Tried to cut down and use the ribena light, but that was a waste of time. Any kids reading this, take my advice, just say no.

i love ribena. like LSD tho, you have to be in the right surroundings and with the right people.

when i was about 3 or 4 i drank half a bottle undiluted..i spent the night spewing my ring up and my mam and dad thought it was blood.they had to call an emergency doc out.love the suff tho

It's a slippery slope, starts with Ribena progresses to Vimto and it's downhill from there.
