That we didn't see sell Santa Cruz?

I know he gets a right slating on here, but even when he's half fit he's much better than Jo.

As great as it could have been, I don't think it was ever realistic that we could have kept Tevez and Adebayor, buy Mario and someone else like Ibra as there's too many big names there.

I wish we hadn't sold/loaned Bellamy, but apart from that, we are in such a better position than we were a few months ago.

Almost a perfect window for me,very happy, although obviously, more so when the newbies are actually fit to play!

I think it's all to do with his injury problems rather than anything personal. He's a great professional, a nice guy who accepts the squad rotation and I honestly think he could still do a job for us --- if, and it's a BIG if --- he gets fit. He's be here over a year and I still don't think he's 100%.

I'm pleased that we did our business early and stuck by our departures generally. The next think is the 25 but don't forget this is only for the league and we can have a different squad for Europe and don't have to name names for the cups. Happy days.

If he's not injured, maybe we'll get to see him actually play a few times and score some goals. If his legs haven't completely gone he could be an able replacement for Adebayor in some matches.
