quite simply you can't buy a ticket for any match , home or away , without buying a Blue membership card for £10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

anyone got theirs yet or are they just a figment of the ticket office's imagination?

that"s what I thought too but it is not correct,my old man hadn"t got around to getting his blue mem. card but the TO told me he didn"t need one&he got a tic for the Swansea game
 
Was at the Stadium shop yesterday and asked about the Blue tickets as i've ordered one for my Dad. The girl said they had started posting them BUT they have ten thousand to get out so we might get them in time for Christmas!!!!! ps. i put that last bit in about Christmas....she dint say that!
 
That was strange! I had just finished reading through the thread as I hadn't received mine yet and then the postman nearly dismantled the letterbox pushing the A5 jiffy envelope through the door.
So yes I have just received mine now, comes on a blue card with a silver coloured star pin badge in the corner. The badge has 2011 & 2012 stamped on it.
So hopefully everyone will have theirs by the Wigan game.
 
Well mines finally arrived today but the lads hasn't.
However it does say if you want additional tickets you use that card and receive a paper one so presumably you don't have to have a Bluecard.
 
I sorted one for a mate sunday mornin at the T.O and got a text about 20 minutes ago sayin gonna despatch tomoz, fri and saturday.

Also as hjohn pointed out in above post, alls ya have to do is simply quote ya customer# above ya receipt ref# in meantime...

Ordered my spuds tickets tuesday so hopefully they come together or something?
 
I reckon my daughter's will come at the same time as the next Preston Guild
 
Still not got mine :-(

However, no probs getting tickets online, so not that bothered.

As a supporter who has purchased Blue Membership for the 2011/12 season, we write to advise you that, if you have not already received your membership card, it will be dispatched by the end of the week. We apologise for the delay in sending out your card and thank you for your patience at this time. Allowing for the Bank Holiday weekend, you should receive your membership card by 1st September.

Don't forget, you can now purchase match tickets 24/7; online via the website, over the telephone (booking fee payable) by calling 0161 444 1894 (option 1), or in person at the ticket office located on the first floor of the City Store at the Etihad Stadium (Monday to Saturday 9am to 5:30pm, Sunday 11am to 5pm).

To log in to your online account and purchase match tickets or view your add-ons, you will need a valid email address, registered with the Club and a valid supporter number (printed on your card). If you have forgotten your password, please visit the website, complete the forgotten password section by clicking here and it will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not have a registered email address, please contact Supporter Services.
