Anyone going without a ticket????

I am going without a ticket with me old man, is there anywhere the ticketless city fans are all meeting up in madrid yet to watch the game???

I was talking to Utd fans who go all over Europe and apparently there hooligan copper brought this idea in for them because of his hatred of touts and the amount of money that pass hands.Utd have more people who are prepared to buy tickets at outrageous prices on the Black market.
Now this said Copper is now a Security man who as just been hired by Manchester City football club and has his sights on becoming Chief of Security, apparently he likes to have a Dictatorship. Utd fans stood up against this ticket scheme by all threatening at the the Hotel not to receive there tickets and when they got home there were all going to put in a claim for a refund which would of brought bad publicity.
The scheme was soon SCRAPPED.
I think someone's telling you porkies

Got one sorted in the Home end - anyone got any info on any possible issues getting in at the turnstiles?

Heard if they ask for ID show your driving licence as its similar EU type design. Hoping it should be less full on than the scare stories about getting in the home end at the Parc des Princes. Think Bernabau is more used to tourists anyway.

You will have no problems, it's almost expected to have fans from other clubs in the home end, like many have said behave and respect them, I did it last time we play there and was in general received well by the Madrid fans, I was sat next to a local who went to Manchester uni and lived on the curry mile, we talked of our favorite curry house.
Enjoy your time in Madrid it's a great city use metro it's brilliant for getting around.

Thanks for the info, backs up what I was hoping but good to hear from someone who did it last time. First time I have done Euro away day in the home end and part of me is kind of looking forward to it to be honest. Paid a bit more that the away end but at least the view should be a bit better.

Has anybody used viagogo to buy tickets, through e-ticket system ?

My mate ordered one and awaiting the actual e-ticket. Does it come with your id name on ? He is not very IT minded, but is probably available if it's transferable.
