No idea on a bar, but the French channel supposed to be showing the game is SFR Sport 1, good luck.

Aaah Cherbourg. I worked in Carteret for a while in the late 80's and regularly went on the beer in Cherbourg. Bars for the football? I would imagine there is an Irish bar there. It probably does food as well. Pop in, have a word.
