My iPod is broken and I have to send it off to Apple to be serviced. Just looking through their replacement policy and I see that they will either send a new or refurbished iPod if required! Refurbished! I paid £220 for it four months ago and they expect to be able to send me a refurbished thing! Shocking!
 
I think it goes "we repair yours and if we can't do it quickly we send you one we've already repaired" - it speeds up the turnaround but stops them having to send everyone brand new iPods...

Not my favorite Apple policy.
 
My screen is cracked on mine. Will this go down as my fault, or is there a chance the warrenty(sp) will cover it?

Erm, well thats what im not sure about. I know it was my fault, just dont now what happend, as i found it like that after a while, guess i will never know. lol. But thanks anyways.
 
Tell them you went on a plane with it and the pressure cracked the screen
