This might sound a silly question but what makes you a millionaire? If you have a house with a mortgage but it’s worth 1m for example?

and if you have a £900,000 mortage then the property only has £100,000 profit in it add in 2 flash cars on credit/finance and wifies credit card and suddenly you've got sweet FA . There must be thousands of £1m properties in the area, anything bigger than a terrace in Alty is....
