I feel like they need to stretch defenses more often when he's on the pitch. If he's isolated with one defender he has enough strength to shrug off just about anybody and score at will. They seem to always slow down and try to feed him crosses when route one when they're on any kind of a break is probably a better call.We just haven't produced a system that incorporates Haaland properly...bafflingly given our manager. I don't see a difference in how we setup this year with Haaland vs last year with a false 9. The only real difference is last years false 9 dropped deeper and a bit more often.
That he's still a scoring machine with such a miniscule involvement is testament to his unreal talent.
