Are City in for Berbatov?

Would never have thought it in a million years but Pete Spencer is running a webchat on the MEN website at the minute and someone asked him what he thinks will happen to Berbatov in the Summer and this was his response:

Pete Spencer: moved on sadly because he is a class act. Remember city were in for him big time when united signed him. Do you see what Im getting at. you saw that here first...follow me on twitter. I WENT ON AT THE WEEKEND. hES worth at least 30m. Its amazing he is top scorer in PREM and if goal difference comes into it his role will have been vital.

Now I could be miles wide of the mark but that sounds to me like he is hinting at city being in for him again now. Is that how others read his statement?

Ripped City to shreds on TalkSport Sat morning.

Apparently only four players would be good enough for United.

If he knew his job, he'd know Berbatoss has less than two years left on his deal and worth £12m tops.

And City would not give them a single penny.
