That same bald fat twat in South Stand near 117....every match rather than queue, waits for his mate to get to the front and then starts shouting at him to get them in. Then again this probably describes 90% of the South Stand, even me except i'm neither bald nor fat

I saw two solutions to the beer problem last night when I was in the Bierkeller in town...

2 Pint pots

And the other solution is to sell these - one would keep 2 or 3 fans happy at half time

Both options could reduce visits to the bar ;-)

Nobody at the club us listening. Nor do they care a jot either as the revenue stream isn't that large. But it isn't large because service in the food and drink concessions is shocking. It has been since the ground opened. I gave up trying two years ago

It will never get better until someone at the club realises just how much revenue they are losing out on.

I tweet customer services every week when i'm at the ground. Its a really poor customer service. Theyre like a taxi company. They only have one job and that's to pick you up on time, all the bar have to do is serve beer, the last home game i left my seat 5 minutes before the of the half and i was served with 5 mins to go of half time. It really is shocking. The stupid bastard wall they have built has made it worse. Why they cant have a few people walking about with portable beer dispensers is beyond me, The turnstiles are pathetic 3 turnstiles for the whole of the lower south stand !!

I know things like the turnstiles are harder to sort - however the bar service truly is terrible. I can't understand why no-one has thought the pre pour a couple hundred pints from the 40th minute onwards. Just have 2/300 behind the bar. They must know how many they sell EVERY game. Just pre-pour the minimum number we've ever sold at half time and then if there is more it wont take as long. There wouldn't even be any wastage!

Have one person constantly pouring pints and stacking them - then have another person taking money and handing them over. Why is that so difficult?
