Are City listening?

City don't care , city don't care, at other away grounds in the 15 minutes half time break they usually have lap dancers, table service, ffs it's 15 minutes every fortnight what do you want?
Stop fucking moaning ffs

Agreed.

I am staggered that this stand has been designed so that 1500 plus fans have to leave through one set of double doors. it's an Accident waiting to happen.
the whole ground is almost clear before im even 10 rows down from the back. shocking design.

Amen brother. I hate this part of our club, just sort the obvious problems FFS! The ticket have already become way too expensive and when they serve this kind of 'customer experience' I am not surprised many will not renew their ST's and dont go as oftenz

Do we know how the service compares with other clubs? I've only once (Chelsea) been able to get a pint at half time at an away ground. Anyone know fans of other clubs that regularly get served without missing the last 5 mins of the first half and/or first 10 mins of the 2nd?

It does seem to me that serving thousands of fans with a pint in a 15 min period (less if they're actually going to drink it before the 2nd half starts) is a logistical challenge. I would be interested to know if other clubs can manage it, and if so, how.

Stop f***ing moaning.

You can always opt for a £7.5k season ticket in the Tunnel Club.

Apparently that includes gold leaf toilet paper.

But yes, the SS beer bar ran out of Heineken.

And to think, Spurs are putting in a 85 metre bar in their new stadium, that can pour 10,000 pints a minute.

City are way behind.

Yet City are more then happy to muddle along with the current poor setup.

So much for the catering matchday experience.
TBH if we had an 85 metre bar we would put 3 members of staff on it

I agree. Unless you drink your pint in five minutes you are going to miss part of the game regardless of which Prem ground you are in. That said, the Club could still make improvements on the comical handling of change and running out of beer.
