Correct, living and working in Mcr as we slowly got worse and they dominated under Ferguson was a nightmare. Reds who were friends and colleagues mostly (not all) acted like right twats. Now that does take me back. When I was a lad in the late 60's / early 70's, Leeds were always our fucking bogey team and I did used to despise them back then as well.

Remember a bit of unanimity with Leeds at a cup game at Maine Road under Keegan when both sets of fans spent the second half singing abuse about Victoria Beckham .
Also recall playing Stoke in the eighties when the Kippax chanted "if you hate Man United clap your hands" a half hearted response from blues fans, Stokeys still clapping twenty minutes later. My enemies enemy etc.
