Are Villa a top 4 threat if they keep Grealish?

Nowhere near. Even keeping all their best players they're a mid-table side and that's considered a good season

Grealish is immense, they've got in Watkins one of the best young strikers in the league, great on and off the ball and now they've signed another top top player in Buendia who I rate as being Mason Mount level. They've also got the best goalie in the league!

What do you think?
I think you are off your trolley mate.

Seems this is very much on. Been out with a few Villa lads tonight who up until now have been pretty convinced he’s going nowhere but first thing they said when I got in the bar was well done on getting Jack.
One of them has a lot of connections back home at Villa and he just shook his head and refused to talk to me!! Haha!
