If anything we will have to continue fending off the chasing pack behind us. Chelsea(60,000 seater stadium planned), Spurs( brand new 60,000 seater stadium), Liverpool(54,000 seater stadium, and to be increased again)

For your info I don`t think I posted anything on the 3% hike thread but I read the posts and surprise surprise its the same old face whinging to their hearts content on whats wrong with the club and the manner in which they perceive as being badly run with having no thought for the fans.
I will let the people at the top of the tree tell me the need for increases as us mere plebs in reality have no idea.Increases may be needed to cover costs we have no idea about.

If you are happy continually paying £30 a season price rises, for the last 10 seasons, or whatever you pay, fair enough. Good for you.

But many of us aren't.

The sooner you understand that and get your head around it, the better. We don't all live in the everything is OK, Oakie World.

As I'm not happy about another rise, I have decided to drop the cup schemes.

Alternately I could scramble and relocate to the £319 seats, if there are any left? Then City would lose £365. Like 100's of City fans have done because their season tickets had become too expensive. Are they any different to the moaners? My mates did just that, for that reason. My mates don't lie. They don't moan either, like me. Coincidence?

Obviously while the football under Pep is brilliant, somebody will know doubt buy my seat. Great atmosphere. Shit view. Just standing. Not sitting. Careful before you buy.

We've all got to admit, this is probably as good as it will ever get in most of our lifetimes.

Look what United have been through since Fergie retired. Moyes. Van Gaal. Mourinho. Dire.

That's why the club needs to think and plan ahead, and try and get as many City fans hooked while Pep is still here. Once you get the bug, and season tickets and match tickets are affordable, it's hard to give up.

Keep on increasing season ticket and matchday ticket prices, and possible boring and trophyless football, and more people won't bother coming.

If Pep committed to another 10 years the Directors could put their feet up, have a drink, and light a cigar, knowing the fans and the money will continue rolling in, regardless. But that isn't going to happen.

Just like Fergie, who ever takes over from Pep starts as a down grade. An instant loser, unless they can win the CL, PL, or a cup by playing attractive football. How many Managers can do that? Not many.

everything goes up, petrol beer fags food gas lecky you just have to go with the flow and cut your cloth to what you can afford.
