Want him to succeed because I want City to succeed - pretty much the same stance I've held for every manager.

Pretty much the same stance held by every blue i've ever met in my life in relation to every manager we've ever had.

This thread and the one about Dave's blog are forum porn. I want to go to bed but I'm glued to see who says what to who next.

I don't know if you remember the first ever season of big brother in england but they used to sing that song "it's only a gameshow, it's only a game". Random I know but I'm often reminded of that song when Bluemoon's at it's most divisive.
Bloody hell Billy, this could be my first good thread, I'll get you a pint.

Wouldn't it be nice that after Mancini, Hughes, Sven, Pearce, Keegan, and Royle (only 6 managers in 15 years), we fans could all unite behind the next one, because I don't think we have with any of those.

The only thing we all have in common is we all support the same club regardless of whoever is in charge.

You put your Brian Kidd in , your David Platt out
in , out , Mancini out , you shake your boss about
you do the Pellegrini , and you sheikh your arse
that's what it's all about !

ohhhh do the Pellegrini , everybody do the Pellegrini
come do the Pellegrini , now that Mancini's out , out , out !

Yep, that's me mate - just your average fan who wants what's best for the club. I've been more fond of some managers than others but ultimately we all just want City to win trophies (which is a fairly new trait..)and carry on being the club that we all adore. If it turns out that Mancini really was a kit washer hating megalomaniac who thought he was more important than Mansour himself then so be it. I enjoyed the ride while it lasted.

I don't care who we get next I want him out!

Actually I'll probably sit on the fence for at least a few months, but if he doesn't at least match Mancini I will expect him to go.

So you prefer we remain divided ?
