Surprised he has not waited a bit longer to choose / switch nationalities. He's limited his chance of playing in the big tournaments.
People rarely make that choice because of their chances to play tournaments. He feels Kosovan so he plays for Kosovo.

Kosovo didn't have a FIFA team when he was a kid and he switched as soon as he got a Kosovar passport.
Kosovo may well have a good side in a few years. There's a lot of kids who have grown up refugees or the children of refugees in Switzerland, Germany, Belgium who are now going back to Albania, Kosovo etc. Having spent their childhood in some of the best academies in the world.
He has played for Montenegro whilst Kosovo were a fifa a member. He's 20 and has only just got a passport for the country he feels he's from? I personally think Kosovo have more chance than Montenegro, but purely from a footballing sense he would have been better playing for Switzerland where he was born and lived most of his life.
