Did anyone see this series, made for Netflix iirc? Ive got and love the boxset of series 1-3 and noticed s4 for £20 today in hmv,but thought i'd get opinions on it first.

Take your time with it. The cast were only together for 3 days during filming, so they had some hurdles to overcome. This means that season 4 follows one storyline but on several different timelines over the course.

Each episode focuses on a different character - but it all fits together in the end. It takes some getting used to but you'll get it about 3 episodes in.

It's still as funny as the first three series, so don't worry about the amount of laughs you're going to have.

Good thing about the first 3 are you can watch them over again and catch a joke that you missed first time. Think I,ll take the risk.

Absolutely worth the risk - I'd just get Netflix, though. You'll save a tonne on boxsets.

Watched about three episodes and couldn't take any more (of season 4, 1-3 are awesome). Might try it again when I'm bored but for now I've just started Eastbound and down. Like button.

Yeah thought series 1-3 were excellent. Couldn't get into the final series but been told lots that it does get better.

Might give it a go again

One of my favourite series ever.

Some of the comedy was far too subtle for American audiences so it got pulled.

There's one episode with Dan Castalnetta (voice of Homer Simpson) and he plays a Doctor treating one of the family.

Throughout the episode the family keep looking at him when he's saying stuff and toward the end, he says "D'oh" very quietly and the Mother just turns round and shouts "I knew it!".

Give it a couple of episodes but it will grab you.
