Anyone want to say why they all want Marwood out or is it just the latest unfounded bandwagon people are jumping on?

I'm taking this thread with a huge pinch of salt because I think the OP is a rag wum

I don't know why everyone wants Marwood out. I don't even know what he's done wrong.

People complain about cook not having a football back ground, this bloke has, but he still gets a shiv in the back. Is this because the media seem to have it in for Cook and Marwood?

I think a Director of football would work with most foreign managers, as they are used to this (Rafa is a prime example).

I think thats it pretty much.

The manager asks for a certain type of player, and the Director of football sorts it out.

I suppose he's really like a chief scout, with the ability to buy players.

If anything i thought this would lessen our chances of getting mourinho. I thought he didn't like the idea of avram grant beind director of football at chelsea. Like i said in the torres thread only time will tell.

I keep seeing people saying that they want him out, yet evry time I ask why I get no response. 3 people in this thread have said they want him sacked, they all seem quite sure that is what they want, yet not one of them have given a reason as to why...

The Sporting Director/Director of football and the manager have to be able to work together, otherwise everything falls apart.
