Harry Rednapp has joined the Match of the Day pundit team, effectively replacing Mark Lawrenson, who will only appear on the occasional basis.

Not sure if that's an improvement or not!

In better news, Mick McCarthy is also joining apparently.

It could be a long year having to listen to Redknapp go on with himself.

And no Lee Dixon which is a shame.

He didn't know who half of the players were at the Euros, more of my license fee spunked on another talking tit. I fail to see how the programme would be any worse if they just ran the highlights, when I watch football streamed and at the Olympics they show the highlights at half time without some half head giving his shit opinions, I have enough of those of my own.

So can I presume that means Redknapp will never work as a Manager again? I loathe the man but I feel sorry for him in some ways. His departure at Spurs seemed to hinge on Chelsea winning the Champions League (they did enough to finish 4th) and they also played some good attacking football that certainly gave us a fright in January.
