Sad to say but maybe it's finished Pep. He can't seem to steady the ship , easy to say oh we're rebuilding/transition etc but I think things have gone so pear shaped and judging by Pep's high standards he may be thinking this is a bridge too far and walk. Yea I've given up getting angry about Nunes, the lad was never good enough and shouldn't have been bought, but that's not his fault. And now he's been shoved into a position he quite clearly isn't comfortable playing because there is no one else. It's almost like watching someone kicking a puppy. It's just cruel and someone needs to step in and stop it.

Its not that they failed in them, they didnt bother trying.

Stones didnt have battle for the ball aerially once, while Akanji won 2/3 aerial duels.

What in the lord is that, ive never seen CBs who literally just stand still so much when defending.

Another stat, Arsenal blocked 3 of our shots, we blocked a big fat ZERO of theirs. Our defenders stand like statues instead of closing down, they do that arms behind their back and stand sideways shit.
That deflected Partey shot off Stones, Akanji for their third turns sideways.
Put your bloody bodies on the line, and if you have to take one on your face or the nob then so be it.

Totally baffling the way running away from an attacker like the roadrunner seems to be a coached thing. End result, he's got an open goal or easy pass. Just go for the tackle outside the box ffs.

Just play Khusanov with one of Stones or Akanji and then play Dias with Khusanov if he stays fit, sick to death of static defenders.

Just maybe said player shouldn’t have been thrown in at the deep end within hours of arriving in a strange country - if anyone has put that player back by six months it’s the manager, playing someone who shouldn’t even have been bought in the first place is no excuse - I’d rather Kalvin Philipps be in the squad and that’s saying something.

Really pathetic. We were only in the game because they showed us too much respect. Every single time they got the ball and ran with it we were fucked. Every time we had the ball and tried to create something it was pedestrian and Nunes was our only player in space. And useless with it.

Akanji shite. Foden shite. Nunes shite.

The board need to switch on and make some considerable changes or we are going to be fucked long beyond this season.
