Great result to kick off our season. The performance, where a couple of individuals were concerned, not so much.....

However,we have players missing and our pre-season wasn't kind in terms of preparation.Plenty of things to work on but plenty of reasons to be optimistic! (unlike Arsenal ;-))

Thought that was a 6.5/10 performance.

The obvious thing to say about that is we just easily beat a top 6 side away from home without getting out of second gear- that's the level we're at now, it really is unrecognisable even from the previous title winning sides.

Some players great - Stones, Aguero and Sterling all had very good games - others clearly not there yet. Possession sloppy, people like Fernandinho and Gundogan missing some simple passes, Mendy looks like he's playing catch up, and Mahrez is obviously quality but has a lot to learn.

Brilliant result. Didn’t have to get out of first gear, luckily.

Good win. Quite clear we have had a very short pre season. Much needed minutes in the legs and 3 points.

Good result. Decent performance for 1st game after WC. Should have been 3 or 4 up by half time

Very good result. Our rivals had easy games, while we got one of our tricky away games out of the way. Players are rusty as is to be expected after the world cup and no pre season. Just wait until we get going.

    Fantastic start.

Obviously well off full fitness & tbf Arsenal worked hard.

One of the toughest away games gone.

Only 58% possession. They better start getting this footy-thing seriously again soon.
