Love it......
I'd react like that if an opposition player done that in front of me.
Love it......
There were empty seats everywhere and was like a library. Song one song all game. They are bitter tonight. We walked back to the station with loads of them , they didn’t stop moaning all the way , told them I won the bingo with the amount of shit they were spouting about City. Had it all from oil money to empty seats this after coming from a stadium with half the 3rd tier empty . Wankers !!!
Arsenal are a megabucks club - 7 shots at home to the opponents 15, 29 per cent possession, half as many goals. Does that sound like a megabucks club playing well ?Just a load of bitter noise.
It was a sending off.
It was a penalty.
Arse played well, but that doesn't mean correct decisions don't apply.
Oh and BT are a disgrace and Arse fans are pathetic.
It’s the same with the Saka offside, the linesman let’s it play for bar to make a decision when he was clearly a mile off, that’s the 1 time I thought Keown made a valid point….he said what if a player gets injured when the linesman should have flagged but didn’t.ive dipped into aftv and ‘lee’ is clipped up saying theirs was a ‘clear penalty’ and the presenter agreeing.
id say either way it was given you stay with the on field decision - its not clear from any angle really without getting out the high speed slow mo camera.
we seem to be slipping back into the mindset of VAR being used to re-referee the game no matter how long the stoppages take.
There really needs to be a change back to what i thought was happening in the Euros where only clangers got overturned - both for offsides and fouls and the refs and linesman should be told that they need to get it right on the pitch and not wait for VAR to make the decision.
For starters theres still way way too many penalties.
I'd be angry and hurling expletives .... not sure I'd start lobbing stuff on the pitch though.I'd react like that if an opposition player done that in front of me.
I mean punters not pundits/media. As a football fan in the days when we had no chance of winning anything I wanted the league to be competitive. Clearly I never wanted United to win it but I wanted to be able to watch matches and take in an interest in them because the title was on the line rather than one team running away with it. It will be the same for many football fans now - they know their team can't win, so they want to watch the top three/four play one another knowing the result makes a difference to the final table. If we win it by March then it becomes about finishing fourth and that doesn't really stir the emotions.Fair enough? Really? When the tramps romped it that year the press had a season long wankathon about it.
We do it and we are making it boring. We shouldn't be shocked anymore but it still fucks me off.
We could be on the verge of doing back to back title twice in 5 years.
Trying to get United into the CL, obviously!Obviously the Premier League and VAR have conspired with the referee to hand us the win, because we all know what the Premier League want is for us to run away with the league.
Arsenal have launched an investigation after a Tesco sausage roll was thrown at the celebrating Manchester City players after Rodri’s late winner. If found the club vowed to ban the culprit and send him on a Waitrose awareness course. They just lobbed anything that came to hand... hummus ,a latte or 2 and some luxury quilted bog roll :)
what no cheese? They just lobbed anything that came to hand... hummus ,a latte or 2 and some luxury quilted bog roll :)
I disagree with your 'We didn't deserve all 3 points' comment. 15 shots to the home team's 7, 71 per cent possession, twice as many goals, very much equates to us deserving all three points.
