Was quite looking forward to City comfortably securing top 4 this season and going on a run in either the FA Cup or the Champions League, so the fact we're still in the title race going into this game is a bit of a bonus. Obviously won't be happy with a defeat but we're in a much better position than I thought we'd be thanks to Arsenal dropping points, Newcastle dropping off in recent weeks, and nobody really threatening to take 4th from under them. So whatever happens tonight, we're more than okay. That being said, I'd take a 0-0 with no injuries right now if you offered it.

Indeed, although for some reason in recent weeks it seems like we drift in the build up to games.

We give away a little ball control by doing that, potentially, but it should be more defensively solid. Gundo for Bernardo would be the other option.

I think Ake is a shoe in on the left, because of the way he dealt with Saka in the cup game. If he plays, there is always an argument for Lewis because of the control he brings to the midfield, but Lewis against Martinelli is, naturally, a higher risk. If we go more risk averse at the back, I think we have to be more creative further forward.

I agree with all of that, especially your point about Ake, who’s performances have silenced those of his critics who actually watch the games. But I’d still have Mahrez because the way he receives a long pass and keeps possession keeps the opposition stretched wide and means we have an outlet if under pressure in midfield.
Though I can appreciate your point and the bottom line is that I’m just guessing as Pep’ll pick whoever Pep wants and I really don’t care just so long as we get the points.
 
Arsenal drifting slightly on the exchanges, some odds not moved for over a day. 21/10 from 2/1 5 mins ago.
