I'm pretty certain he is, vaguely remember an interview with him in the programme about 5 years ago.

If he is, then that's even worse. He has no clue as to what's going on at City. He is so generic in his knowledge, it's annoying. Perhaps he was a fan as a young lad. I'm sure he doesn't follow City now. All you have to do is listen to him.
