Not a chance, he coasted at CB. Pep just found his position for the next 2 seasons. It was a a walk in the park for him.
He will go back into midfield at Everton no way Pep leaves him out.

I'm just not sure Pep will play him in all these three big games inside seven days. I guess we'll find out soon enough.

What more proof does anyone need that Sergio is the greatest goalscorer in Prem history ? Never had an average season - let alone a poor one. We don't know what it's like to face Sergio, and like David I'm sure some take his stellar brilliance for granted. Not me.

These days when we're on form, I'd always fancy us against an in-form Arsenal. Arsenal tend to be good going going forward (albeit not today) and their attacking tendency suits us fine. Some of the guys who sit near me don't understand why I always say I hope the opposition have a go at us - so Pep's risk and reward philosophy can flourish. Can we play Arsenal every week.............

Once aguero goes past Henry’s goals total he will be the greatest foreign player to have played in the premier league and only English players above him in the list of all time goalscorers in the league absolutely phenomenal player,who doesn’t get the credit he should and how he’s never won a PFA award or writers for that matter is staggering...

He always does - works his socks off. Loved the way he spent some time out on the right - clearly a tactic leaving the Arsenal CBs with no-one to mark. When he's out wide he always plays a decent short pass - nothing extravagant then arrives in the box at just the right time.

Is there a special rule whereby opponents are allowed to foul Sergio with impunity - inside or outside the area ?

Just as an aside all of the burton players were in the malmaison bar before the game. Spoke to a couple of them - said playing against city was frightening.

Shearer was awesome, but it took him and the colossal Henry about 200 years to hit their final tallies. Sergio is doing it in a shorter timeframe and in fewer games in an era that is massively more difficult than the Shearer/Henry overlapping eras.
