Foolish to underestimate the Gooners you obviously haven’t watched them this season. How can you not think Rice and Odegaard is not a big upgrade on xkaka and Partey ?

The difference is not the presence of Odegaard (he played and arguably performed better last season, mind), but the replacement of Partey and Xhaka with Rice and X (Havertz or Jorginho). The so-called improvement in Arsenal this season has taken them to - (minus) 5 pts in comparison to last season after 28 games.

I have nothing against if they continue to improve like that. Maybe next season they will win 10:0 vs West Ham and finish...3rd?

If ederson not fit this is the team I'd play.

_________Ortega________

___Akanji__Dias__ake____

_____Rodri__Kovacic_____

Silva_Kdb_Foden_Grealish

_______Haaland________
What a team still. We need this win Sunday
Edit: Isn't Jesus supposed to be returning on Sunday?
depends if the red heifer has been slaughtered and Satan has arrived. Are the Israelis not planning the slaughter any day now?

Long ball to Haaland, put them in the back foot.
when we play against teams that like to press high up the pitch I often wonder why Eddie doesn’t fire a couple of long balls over the top to Haaland but it’s clear that’s not the way Pep wants to play. He prefers to play out from the back, keep possession and wear opponents down.

There are very few Arsenal fans I know predicting an easy game. Most are predicting a defeat or maybe a draw and anyone thinking a trip to the Etihad is a great goal difference building opportunity is either deluded or looking for clickbait.

The only caveat that gives any of us more optimism is if Stones doesn't play as he's so vital to how you rotate the ball up the field.

I know it suits the narrative to imagine there are a bunch of entitled opposing fans who have it in for City and think we'll win easily but you must be confusing us with the Dippers, firstly we so not expect to win and secondly very few Arsenal fans have it in for City anyway, it's Spurs and the Dippers that we dislike the most.
i’m croatian so my impressions of epl fanbases are limited to social media and content creators.
even as a prem neutral arsenal fans made me dislike arsenal. so much arrogance and self-aggrandizing crap.
delusion of grandeur is the perfect description of your fanbase.

my favorite part? shitting on trophies outside of england, like they don’t have to fight and win to win a league elsewhere. and all that when arsenal haven’t won the league in what, 20 years. odegaard better than kdb, rice better than rodri. 9 arsenal players in combined starting xi with real
madrid and so on. morons.

The Arsenal fans I know agree with this, both of them.
