Arsenal Post Match Thread.

That's the guy. Wonder if he could being that 'Arry Markle with him. Bet he can swing a leg!

Was at the match last night and thought we were good first half and excellent second half.
Just read in the paper how arsenal totally dominated the first half how good they were.
I can only remember the goal and bravo punching one all game.

Genuine question were arsenal that good first half or am I seeing things through blue specs ?
I had it about even first half with city having the second half

I would agree that arsenal were the better side 1st half. Dominating in parts & passing was slick and a cracking 1st half goal. Can't argue with them TBH.

2nd half city were the much better team by far with the forced substitution and players swapping positions it worked in our favour.
I said to my son what does Pep say or do in his halftime team talk to motivate our players because we were poor.

It worked - we got the victory albeit with a possible offside goal(s)

a victory, 3 points & 2nd in table.

Well done blues

Dontcha just love offside goals when Arsene has to swallow them. Corner at Goodison that should have been a goal kick and then Sunday! No wonder he stamped his feet at the final whistle. He might be a good manager but he's a sour old bastard!

Whats the shit stirring regarding Arteta not celebrating about??

We got the win, why should it matter?

Given his tears at the end of the last game of last season and the appreciation shown to him from the Arsenal fans, I'd guess he felt a mixture of emotions. Maybe not to the degree of Lampard vs Chelsea but it's understandable nonetheless.
